Xuzhou Medical University School of International Education Alumni Career Development Survey Notice

Dear Alumni,

Greetings! First and foremost, congratulations on your graduation from Xuzhou Medical University and the beginning of the new chapter in your professional career. The School of International Education remains committed to the development of every alumnus and is dedicated to building a lasting support network and collaborative platform for you. To better understand the career paths of our alumni and to foster interaction and collaboration between alumni and the school, as well as among alumni themselves, the school is now launching an initiative titled "Kindred Spirits Plan" for all international graduates.

1. Purpose of the Survey

• To establish an alumni development database, providing a reference for the school to optimize talent training programs and improve curriculum planning.

• To build an alumni collaboration network, promoting resource sharing and cooperation opportunities in areas such as scientific research, projects, and employment among alumni and between alumni and the school.

• To provide ongoing support services, including career development consultation, academic exchange, and collaborative project matching.

• To collect statistics on the pass rates of national medical licensing examinations (where applicable), offering country-specific preparation guidance and experience sharing for future international students.

2. Benefits and Opportunities for You

• Collaboration Matching: Priority access to recommendations for research collaborations, international medical projects, and university-industry partnership opportunities.

• Alumni Network: Invitation to join regional/industry alumni groups and participation in online and offline exchange activities. (withremunerationfor selected speakers or contributors).

This information collection is open on an ongoing basis. The first round of summary statistics will conclude onMay31, 2026.
